GENERAL QUESTIONS

DVD Compatability - Will your DVDs play in my country?

Yes! All DVDs available at The Art of Pole Official store are manufactured to accommodate all DVD Regions around the world and all DVD playback formats (PAL + NTSC). Our DVDs all feature both PAL and NTSC content so no matter where in the world you are, if you order from this store, you can watch our DVDs!

There are two key contributors to the playability of DVDs. Region and Format. Our DVDs are all encoded as All Regions – this means they will play in any DVD Region (0-9). In different countries, DVDs are encoded in one of two different formats, which correspond with the older television playback systems – PAL (UK, Australia) and NTSC (USA, Japan). The great news is that if you order from our official store, your DVD will play in any country, in either NTSC or PAL format.

My coupon code is not working.

If you have a promotional code or coupon, simply enter it in the coupon field in your cart or at checkout. When you click ‘Apply Coupon’, the code will automatically be applied and your discount will be shown in the total.

If for some reason your code is not working, first make sure it hasn’t expired, also check the spelling is correct and if all else fails, reach out to us so we can help you!

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to almost every country around the world. When you select a product and add it to your cart, you’ll see that some products ship from USA and others ship from Australia.

If you’re shipping from Australia, you’ll see options for various methods provided by Australia Post. These include Local Express or Standard shipping, as well as International methods such as Standard Air, International Express Courier Service,and you can even add tracking and insurance.

If you’re shipping from USA, you’ll see options from FedEx — the cheapest and most reliable shipping method for that region.

* Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to fulfill DVD orders to China.

How much does shipping cost to my country?

To calculate your shipping costs, simply add your items to your cart and enter your country, state, city, zip or post code and click ‘Calculate Shipping’. Our system will automatically calculate shipping of your package and offer you various shipping methods. We recommend International orders use a tracked and insured service.

Which shipping carriers can deliver my package?

We offer a number of cost effective ways to get your DVDS.

When you select your product options, you’ll see we can ship from Australia or USA. You can estimate shipping costs in your cart and select from any number of shipping methods. For International orders, we recommend you choose a method which includes tracking and insurance and remember, customs duties and taxes are your responsibility.

For shipments originating in Australia, we use Australia Post.

For shipments originating in USA, we use FedEx.

For International orders from Australia, we recommend Express Courier International as the most reliable shipping method.

For Australian local orders, we recommend ‘Express post’ for fast, reliable delivery with Australia Post.

How long does shipping usually take?

Australian orders ship within 48 hours of receiving your paid order.

US orders via FedEx allow up to 3 days to process and ship.

The amount of time it takes for your package to reach you depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. We dispatch via Australia Post (from Australia) and FedEx (from USA).

For Australia Post, you can see their international parcel Delivery Schedule here, or use the Australia Post tracking service.

For FedEx, you will receive a tracking number on your order confirmation email to easily track your package online at FedEx.com

Where do I find my tracking information?

If you choose a shipping method which includes tracking, we will send you your unique tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

If shipping from USA, simply track your package at FedEx.

For International orders shipping from Australia, you can follow your parcel’s progress online via the Australia Post website. Note that once your parcel has arrived into its destination country, you’ll need to continue tracking it via the destination country’s local postal services.

My package was lost in transit. Can you send me a replacement?

It’s really important you choose a shipping method appropriate to the value of your order and the distance it must travel to get to you safely. While we take all care to ensure your package leaves our facility on time and in great shape, we can’t possibly manage how your package is treated once it leaves our facility.

For this reason we are unable to accept any responsibility for goods once they have left our shipping facility. If you place an order and choose not to track and/or insure your items, we cannot and will not be held accountable for the loss, damage or theft of any and/or all of the goods ordered.

We have gone to great lengths to ensure our Customers have choice and opportunity when it comes to shipping. We offer numerous reasonably priced tracking and insurance options to our Customers during checkout.

The choice is always yours, but we strongly recommend insuring your items and selecting a trackable shipping method. We always try our best to find missing parcels, but the responsibility is yours once we have shipped your items.

BILLING + PAYMENTS

Does your website use secured payments?

Absolutely. Our official store, runs on an SSL Certified domain. This means your transactions and the information we transmit is secured and encrypted at the highest level available.

From the checkout page forwards, you will see the URL field reads, “https://”, indicating a secured connection.

We currently offer two secured payment options:

Stripe (SSL Secured Credit Card Payments)

PayPal (SSL PayPal payments)

When making a payment on our site using either of these methods, your transaction is secured and encrypted. The Art of Pole Pty Ltd does not store any credit card information on its servers.

My invoice shows the wrong currency.

We offer (4) currencies on our site:

USD $ – US Dollars

AUD $ – Australia Dollars

EUR € – Euro

GBP £ – Great British Pounds

The default currency is (USD $). When you change the currency at the top of the page, the system will automatically update the pricing of all products to reflect the price in your currency. Our prices are fixed and closely approximate current market value of each currency.

Note that all orders are settled in Australia Dollars ($AUD).

Customers will occasionally see different totals on their bank statement to what they believe they have paid us. This is most likely a bank fee you have incurred and we recommend you contact your bank before attempting to claim we have over charged you! We don’t do that.

If you have contacted your bank and are still in any way concerned about a currency conversion or settlement fee on an invoice, please contact us immediately so we can assist. It’s hard running a business with so many currency options, but our intention is to make it easier and cheaper for you to enjoy our DVDs.

Can I get a special discount?

Yes, you can! From time to time we run promotions and offer our Customers discounts on DVD pricing. Make sure you’re signed up to our newsletter and you’ll be first to hear about our exclusive offers. It’s easy to sign up and we don’t ever share your info with anyone.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What if I change my mind after purchase?

Since 2007, The Art of Pole has been shipping products around the world to thousands of satisfied Customers. We pride ourselves on good Customer relations and if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us and let us know your concerns. We will do whatever we can to assist you and provide you with a return order authorization number (#ROAN)

Note we are unable to accept returns after 30 days and of products not in original cellowrap packaging.

Please do not simply return your DVDS to our facility as this will result in loss and forfeit of goods. We cannot track shipments that do not arrive to our facility with a return order authorization number (#ROAN). Restocking requires diligent attention to Order # and Product SKUS and without this number, your package cannot be tracked.

What is your returns policy?

If you’d ike to make a return, you will need to read our official Returns Policy and ensure you follow instructions properly or your return may not be processed. Remember, before you send anything our way, you absolutely must contact us for a return order authorization number (#ROAN).

Can I exchange my DVDs?

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange DVDs and urge you to be certain about your purchase prior to payment. If you have any pre-sale questions at all, please contact us and we will help you in any way we can!

What if my package was damaged in transit?

We always ship our products in protective wrap and transport ready boxing, but from time to time goods are damaged while in transit from us to you.

If you recieve a package from The Art of Pole which contains any significant damage to the goods inside (broken DVDs, broken amaray casing, etc) please contact us immediately so we can arrange to assist however we can.
